We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital downloads and clearance items are final sale.
What should I do if my metal dies are missing a piece?
If you receive a defective or incomplete die set, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item for a replacement.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
